1. Public Record
16 November 2009. Bobby Jamison, Sherilynn Jamison, their daughter Madyson, six years old, leave home near Red Oak, Oklahoma, in the family pickup. Days later the truck is found in a remote stand of trees in Latimer County. The engine is still running. Belongings are inside. The family is not. Searchers work the timber and find nothing that year the public can close on.
On 3 November 2013 hunters who were not looking for a case walk into a ravine less than three miles from where the truck had sat. They find the three. No public trial then follows that this cabinet can treat as an ending. Talk of money, a land deal, fear in the days before they drove out, a note, a recording: all of it circulates and none of it becomes a verdict on a page the county will stamp. Madyson is six when they leave the house. That number does not move when the theories do.
A running engine. Four winters. A ravine.
2. Date of Incident
Last seen 16 November 2009. Truck found shortly after. Remains 3 November 2013.
3. Location
Latimer County, Oklahoma. Approximate 34°50 N 095°10 W.
4. Official Narrative
Missing persons, then three dead. Official narrative has not produced a public trial that ends the record.
5. Witness Layer
Relatives who last saw them leave. Deputies at the running truck. Hunters in November 2013.
6. Recovery Logistics
Pickup as the first scene. Four-year gap. Remains in 2013. No public conviction treated here as closed.
7. Assessment
Keep the running engine and the four years on the same page. Keep the child's age in the opening, not as a final flourish. Message-board money talk is not a brief. The ravine is a find, not a solved map. The truck did the only unambiguous thing in the record. It waited with the key where someone had left it.
8. Materials & Remains
Pickup. Later remains. Police paper. No stamped verdict.
9. Key Personnel
Bobby, Sherilynn, Madyson Jamison : The three.
Hunters, November 2013 : The second find.
10. Aftermath
Theories outlive the press cycle. No courtroom page this cabinet can close.
11. Current Archive Status
Status: Nov 2009. Truck running. Remains 2013. No trial closed.
Confidence: High that the three left in that truck and were found in that ravine four years later. Low that any public theory is the last word.
Filing note
A pickup in Oklahoma woods, an engine that had not been turned off, a six-year-old in the party, four winters, hunters who were not looking for a case.
The truck was still running. Everything after that sentence is poorer than the sentence.
