1. Public Record
Tower of London. A working fortress that became a tourist machine without stopping being a prison in the memory. The scaffold for Anne Boleyn was here, not at Blickling. That date is 19 May 1536 and it does not need a coach. Talk also gives the Princes, Lady Jane, the White Lady, a bear in the Martin Tower, and ravens that must stay or the Crown falls. Historic Royal Palaces runs the stones. Yeoman Warders run the sentences.
This folder already gave Blickling the borrowed Anne. This page keeps the scaffold that was real. Ghost tours are a later product. Executions are the older one. The ravens are on a payroll. That sentence is funnier and more honest than most of the ladies.
A fortress. A date in May. Birds with job titles.
2. Date of Incident
Fortress from the eleventh century. Anne 19 May 1536. Later deaths and later tours.
3. Location
Tower of London. Approximate 51°30 N 000°04 W.
4. Official Narrative
Historic Royal Palaces. Official narrative is monarchy, prison, jewel house, ravens. Hauntings are interpretation.
5. Witness Layer
Warders. Staff. Visitors. No Tudor ghost this folder will swear in.
6. Recovery Logistics
The stones. Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula as the burial house for some of the names. No spectral remains.
7. Assessment
Do not let a White Lady eat 1536. The Tower is heavy because people died in it, not because a night tour needs a chill. Blickling borrowed a queen. This page keeps the ground she actually crossed for the last time.
This folder files the Tower as a fortress with a real scaffold and a later gift shop. Ravens on a payroll can stay. They are the joke that tells the truth about how the place now lives.
8. Materials & Remains
Fortress. Chapel burials as historical. Tour script as extra.
9. Key Personnel
Anne Boleyn : The scaffold that was here.
Yeoman Warders / HRP : Present keepers.
10. Aftermath
The queue stays long. The ravens stay fed. Blickling keeps the coach. London keeps the block.
11. Current Archive Status
Status: Fortress. Scaffold real. Ravens paid.
Confidence: High that executions happened here and that Anne died on 19 May 1536. Low that named ghosts are typed. High that ravens are kept on purpose.
Filing note
A fortress that never stopped being one, a May morning in 1536, a Norfolk house that borrowed the same woman, birds with job titles, a tour that sells the later chill.
The scaffold was here. That is the sentence Blickling cannot buy.
