SERPO
Serpo. Alleged twelve-person exchange, 1960s-70s in the telling, public as 2005 attachments. Detailed like Ummo. No passenger list a personnel office will stamp. Ink, not metal. No landing.

1. Public Record
Serpo. An alleged twelve-person exchange to a planet of that name, often dated 1965-1978 in the telling, released to the public as emails and documents from 2005. A team goes. A team comes back changed. Some do not come back. The paper is detailed the way Ummo is detailed: sociology, climate, a schedule. No ship on a runway. No roster that a personnel office will stamp.
Ummo paid in postage from Madrid. Serpo paid in attachments from an anonymous desk. Both wanted to be a visit. Both chose ink. This folder files Serpo as a postal expedition. Keep the flattery in view. A program that cannot show a passenger list is not yet a program.
A planet on a header. Twelve names that will not sit in a file. No landing photograph.
Anonymous Briefings, Project Serpo, and the later PDF stacks all want the same custody of the 1960s. They offer crew notes, a twelve-year clock, deaths on another world. What they do not offer is a next-of-kin letter a personnel office would recognise. That missing letter is the file. Climate tables are costume.
Same miracle, different decade. Letters first, metal never. That is why both outlived their cheap closes.
2. Date of Incident
Alleged mission 1960s-70s. Public dump from 2005. No departure this folder will stamp.
3. Location
Anonymous desk as the public origin. Alleged destination unlocated on any map this page will draw. Approximate public argument 38°53 N 077°02 W.
4. Official Narrative
No agency acknowledges an exchange crew. Official narrative is absence. The documents are private paper.
5. Witness Layer
Anonymous posters. Later Serpo students. Ummo as method cousin.
Twelve is a specific number. Specific numbers without specific files are how libraries impersonate missions.
Ink is cheaper than metal and harder to kill. File the library. Do not file the planet.
6. Recovery Logistics
Emails and purported documents from 2005 on. No crew. No craft.
7. Assessment
Start with 2005, not 1965. The year the attachments arrived is the year this became a file. Everything earlier is alleged inside the attachments. Allowed as a story that wanted custody of the 1960s. Not allowed as a stamped exchange.
This folder files Serpo as a postal expedition next to Ummo. Keep crash-retrieval oaths on Grusch's card. Keep Hangar 18 as a number. This is paper that wanted a passenger list and never produced one.
Climate tables and crew diaries are how a dump impersonates a mission. They are also how readers stay. File the appetite. Do not file the planet.
8. Materials & Remains
2005-era documents and commentary. No hardware. No roster.
9. Key Personnel
Anonymous desk : The dump.
Alleged twelve as unnamed on a public docket : The passenger list that never sat.
10. Aftermath
Forums keep the climate tables. No family posts a verified headstone. Ummo's library and Serpo's attachments share a shelf and not a runway.
11. Current Archive Status
Status: Attachments. No roster.
Confidence: High that a Serpo document corpus circulated from 2005. Low that an exchange crew is typed. High that this is not Ummo and not Grusch.
Filing note
A 2005 desk, attachments that wanted 1965, twelve who never sat in a personnel file, a planet that never needed a runway, a Madrid library next door that had already proved ink can outlive a confession.
No passenger list. That is the only roster this page will sign.
