IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION
Immaculate Constellation. Alleged USAP name in the 2024 paper storm around image holdings and crash-retrieval weather. Ledger claim, not a floor plan. Keep Grusch, Kona Blue, Hangar 18 apart.

1. Public Record
Immaculate Constellation. An alleged unacknowledged special access program name that entered the public fight in 2024 around image collection, UAP holdings, and the same crash-retrieval weather as Grusch's testimony. It is a phrase on later complaint and commentary paper. It is not a hangar number you can walk to. Treat the name as a ledger claim, not as a floor plan.
Kona Blue is the neighbouring proposal. Hangar 18 is the neighbouring myth. Grusch is the neighbouring oath. This page exists so those three do not have to carry a fourth title. If the ledger is real, it will need more than a phrase. If it is not, the phrase still tells you what people thought the government was holding.
A name. A 2024 pile. No door on a map.
Latin titles travel because they sound like they already passed a security review. That is a trick of English, not a header on a vault.
Ledgers can be real and still unseen. Floor plans can be drawn by people who have never held a key. File the claim. Do not file the hallway.
2. Date of Incident
Public phrase clustered 2024. Alleged program dates older in the telling. No start date this folder will stamp.
3. Location
Unlocated. Washington as the argument. No coordinates this page will invent.
4. Official Narrative
No public agency has acknowledged Immaculate Constellation as an active NHI holdings program. AARO-era statements deny historical crash-retrieval shops. Official narrative is absence plus denial. The name lives in complaint weather.
5. Witness Layer
Later complainants and commentators. Grusch as neighbouring oath, not as this title. AARO as the official counter.
Four titles, one appetite. Keep them apart or the shelf becomes a single rumour wearing medals.
A phrase can open a hearing. It cannot stand in for a chain of custody.
6. Recovery Logistics
No public object. No public charter on this card.
7. Assessment
Start with the date the name went public, not with a founding myth. 2024 is when the phrase became a file. Everything earlier is alleged. File alleged as alleged. Do not promote a title into a warehouse because the title is latin and clean.
This folder files Immaculate Constellation as a ledger name in the post-Grusch paper storm. Keep Stratton, Grusch, Kona Blue, and Hangar 18 on their own cards. No map. No tray.
Image-collection talk is the cheapest version of the name and still unproven here. Crash-retrieval talk is the expensive version and still unproven here. File the name. Leave both versions unpaid.
8. Materials & Remains
Commentary and complaint language. No hardware.
9. Key Personnel
Unnamed program as alleged : The ledger.
AARO as official counter : The denial.
10. Aftermath
The phrase stays in 2020s threads. No tour follows. The October memoir weather and the hearing weather will keep using it until a document with a header lands or does not.
11. Current Archive Status
Status: Ledger name. No door.
Confidence: High that the phrase circulated in 2024 public fight. Low that a program is typed. Low that a location follows.
Filing note
A 2024 name, a ledger people wanted to exist, three neighbouring cards that already hold proposal, myth, and oath, a hallway nobody has walked on the record.
A phrase is not a floor plan. That is the only architecture here.
